REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Queens Never Die LLC strives to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, as a small business operating on a pre-order model, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and returns.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS)
All sales of digital products, including Ebooks, are final. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Ebooks or digital downloads once the file has been sent or accessed. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
2. PHYSICAL PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is being made specifically for our shop.

Before Shipping: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has entered the shipping process. Please email us immediately if you need to cancel.

After Shipping: Once a shipping label has been created or the item has been handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled. You must wait to receive the item and then follow the "Returns" process below.
3. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at thescribe@celeannedorrington.com.

We will arrange for a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the cost of the item to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
