Shipping policy

Queens Never Die LLC operates primarily on a pre-order basis. This allows us to offer exclusive items while minimizing waste. Please review the following regarding our shipping practices and timelines.

1. PREORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Important: All physical items in our store are sold as PREORDERS. This means the items are not currently in stock and are made to order or reserved specifically for you.

  • Production Timeline: Once the preorder window closes, production typically takes 

  • 1 week.

  • Estimated Shipping Date: We estimate that orders will begin shipping by March or April for the trilogy - and about 3 weeks after you order for The Keeper’s Codex.

  • Updates: We will keep you updated on the status of production via email. If there are any significant delays in manufacturing, we will notify you immediately.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your item has arrived at our facility and passed inspection, standard processing takes 1 to 3 business days to pack and label.

After the package is handed to the carrier, transit times are as follows:

  • Domestic (USA): [3–7] business days

International: [7–21] business days
